Earn a salary with benefits annually while training and helping the community.

To support aspiring teachers, EDGE will pay all course tuition, along with a salary and competitive benefits.

During year 1 of EDGE Foundations, participants will receive a salary of $40,000, take content courses remotely and come into the Walder Science facility for scheduled meetings and workshops.

During years 2 & 3 of the Core EDGE program, students will receive a salary of $45,000 and $50,000 respectively. Participants will work together full-time in-person at the Walder Science facility, where they can take advantage of mentorship and robust educational resources.
