Earn a salary with benefits annually while training and helping the community.

Participants will teach two to three courses in participating schools over two years, earning a full-time salary of $45,000 with competitive benefits.  Participants will work together full-time in-person at the Walder Science facility, where they can take advantage of mentorship and robust educational resources.

Upon successful completion of the EDGE program, including receipt of ISBE licensure, participants will be eligible for promotion to the DEEP program at Walder Science, where they will receive a $10,000 bonus and teach full-time in our schools with a starting salary of $65,000.
